What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards online (Visa).
In what currency are your prices?
Our prices are in US$. We do business literally in every corner of the world and US$ is a universally understood currency.
What is your Chargeback policy?
We will not tolerate credit card chargebacks and any customer attempting or threatening to do this will be immediately barred from making any future purchases on this website as well as having their card blacklisted among processors. If there is a problem we will always seek a solution resulting in either a refund or a reship in line with our structured reship and refund procedure.
What is your return policy?
If your cigars are returned for such reasons as UNCLAIMED, WRONG ADDRESSED or any other reason clearly showing that order is returned not by our fault - in such case, when we receive the goods, we will refund the amount of your order except 10% processing commissions and $15 return fee that we pay upon the receipt of such shipments. Another option is reshipping your order for a flat fee of $35 (shipping expense).
What countries do you deliver cigars to?
We deliver anywhere in the world. We now ship Cuban cigars exclusively by 4-10 business days Air Mail. Deliveries are guaranteed to any location worldwide.
Shipping fee for orders up to $ 150 - $ 35 per order, and for orders above $ 150 - shipping is free.
A Special Note to our Greek customers: We're happy to let you know that shipping to Greece is possible at the usual price again. If you place an order total of less than $150, the shipping is $35. And if your order's total is higher than $150, the shipping is free!
Good news for French and British customers as well - you are welcome to place an order on our website, and receive it within our usual delivery times.
A special note for French Customers only: please note that this new way of shipping will cost additional $20 per parcel.
Will I have to deal with Customs upon my cigars' arrival?
In most cases you won't be bothered by Customs; however there are some countries like Canada, Australia and UK, which can apply duties from time to time and in certain cases seize the merchandise (UK, Canada). In case if your goods are imposed duties, you can send them back to us and we will make you a refund, after deduction of $50 for the return and 25% from the total sum.
If your cigars are confiscated, you will be refunded 75% from the order total. Be aware that delivery guarantee does not apply for the reshipped parcel, if you prefer reshipment.
How are the cigars packaged?
Cuban cigars are shipped with their original cigar bands on. We don’t remove cigar bands or re-package cigars in any way. We ship in the original boxes (vacuum packed for their protection) with original Cuban factory seals and deliver to your doorstep in a prompt and CONFIDENTIAL way.
Do you guarantee the cigars you sell are authentic?
Authenticity is 100% guaranteed! If we say Cuban, we mean Cuban and nothing else. We do not carry other cigars. No fakes or counterfeits here!
Is there a minimum order?
No. Note, however, that the maximum order limit is $800.
What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
This is very unlikely to happen! But if you're not happy for ANY reason, please contact us by e-mail. We accept returns within 30 days for a 100% refund for cigars with quality issues. However if you have smoked 3 or more cigars out of the box, we'll need to deduct their cost from the total. Returns will only be accepted with original packaging still intact.
What about my privacy? Is my personal information protected?
We do not share or grant access to customer data to any party or entity outside our company.
